The CARMEN Group is made up of people with significant experience of the LEADER approach and territorial development, who have decided to make their ideas and proposals available to all who wish to draw inspiration from them. Constituted during the seminar “25 years after LEADER” realized on 28th 29th and 30th of April 2017 in CARMEN its objectives are.
- To exchange about lessons from the past and hoiw they can enlight solutions for present and future challenges of Europe.
- To make available the products of theiir exchanges to all public and private actors who could be interested.
