From 9am: Reception of participants and mutual presentation
10am: Presentation session:
- Presentation of the principles of solidarity local partnerships between producers and consumers, with existing examples in other countries (Teikei in Japan, CSA in England and EUA, AMAP in France, etc.) And the Internacional Network Urgenci.
- Cabazes da Horta: story, state of play, encountered difficulties and possible solutions (presentation by producers with the support of some consumers).
- The initiatives of Cooperar Network.
- Discussion about possible solutions: open discussion about the possibility of proposing organize consumer groups.
12pm: Demonstration of a distribution to the baskets, taking advantage of this meeting to distribute baskets to consumers (according to the fact that the distribution is always done on Saturday).
1pm: Convivial lunch with dish prepared for all and sharing what each will bring.
Afternoon: Working groups and decisions on the continuation of the meeting: organization of consumer groups, possible structuring an association, etc.
